Data We Collect

Contact form: when you send us a message, we receive your first and last name, email address, telephone number, subject and message text. The time of submission, your selected language and your IP address are recorded together with the message. Use of the contact form is entirely voluntary.

Server logs: like any other website, our server automatically records your IP address, browser type, time of visit and the pages requested.

Language cookie: this website stores a single cookie, named nx_lang, which holds only your selected language for a period of one year. No behavioural analytics tools or advertising trackers are active on this website.

How We Use Your Data

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your message and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not use it to send marketing communications unless you have expressly requested them.

Server logs are used to maintain the security and stability of the service, and the language cookie is used solely to display the website in your selected language. On your first visit, your IP address is checked only to suggest an appropriate language; this check is performed offline on our own server and nothing is sent to any external service. To prevent bulk submissions, the number of messages that can be sent from a single IP address per hour is also limited.

Retention Period

Contact form messages are retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, and as a rule for no more than two years after the last correspondence, after which they are deleted. Where a message has led to a contractual relationship, the related records are instead subject to the applicable statutory requirements.

Server logs are retained for a limited period, normally up to 90 days, and then deleted. The nx_lang cookie expires automatically after one year and can be removed at any time through your browser settings.

Sharing with Third Parties

Nova Exon does not sell your personal data and does not make it available to anyone for marketing purposes.

Your data is disclosed to others in two cases only: first, where required by law or ordered by a competent judicial authority; and second, to technical service providers such as web and email hosting providers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the data for any other purpose.

Information Security

Your connection to this website is encrypted using HTTPS. Data is stored on protected servers and is accessible only to the staff responsible for handling enquiries.

Nevertheless, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information, such as banking details or identity documents, through the contact form.

Your Rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to request the correction of inaccurate information and to request the deletion of your data, except where we are legally required to retain it. To exercise these rights, simply send a message to info@novaexongroup.com from the same email address you used to correspond with us.

Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. To confirm the identity of the person making the request, we may ask for verifying information.

Children

This website is intended for a professional audience and is not designed for persons under the age of 18; we do not knowingly collect data from them. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has sent us information, please notify us so that it can be deleted without delay.

Changes to This Policy and Contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in legal requirements. Any new version will be published on this page together with its date, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of it.
