Exon Trade has signed a memorandum of understanding for the development of renewable power plants, setting out a path for joint investment over the next two years.
Exon Trade, the commerce and energy arm of Nova Exon Holding, has signed a memorandum of understanding with one of its international partners for the development of renewable power plants. The memorandum establishes a framework for joint investment over the next two years and sets out the stages of site selection, technical and economic feasibility studies, and the division of responsibilities during implementation.
Under the memorandum, the role and responsibilities of each party are defined for every stage of the work, from preliminary studies through to execution. The collaboration is focused on the development of renewable power plants; extending it into adjacent areas will be considered at a later stage.
For the group, the choice of partner matters as much as the choice of project: a partner that stands by its commitments through the most demanding phases of delivery. This memorandum is the product of months of dialogue, site visits and mutual due diligence, not a ceremonial signing.
The partnership sits within the holding's strategy of building a long-term presence in clean energy, a sector where steady revenue, environmental value and industry's growing demand for reliable power converge. Progress at each key milestone, from the start of studies to commercial operation, will be reported on this site.
